When registration is required up front, the highest number of leads will be generated. The highest quality of leads are generated when registration isn't required.
Through generating internet leads, real estate agents find potential clients that the competition doesn't even know about. Most real estate clients use the first agent who contacts them.
Online real estate leads don't usually provide instant business, and do require some work. Many people start their home search online years before they will actually write up an offer. For agents who want a steady stream of business, internet leads provide a viable solution.
To succeed in real estate today, marketing dollars are best spent online. Internet leads provide a pipeline full of potential buyers.
